Cody and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary on Tuesday, November 25, 2008. WOW...how can we have been married for five years and how can we possibly have two children that are getting so big on us. I guess time really does fly when you are having fun. :) We did not do anything too exciting for our anniversary. We mostly just hung around the house with the kids and cleaned. :) We have guest coming in for Thanksgiving. We are just thankful for the blessings in our life and the times that we have shared together.
When the Sedlacek clan made it in Joe and Linda brought us anniversary gifts. Since somewhere in our several moves we have managed to lose much of our corning wear they bought us some nice baking dishes and also a little extra surprise. Linda kept the wine bottle that we had from our wedding day and filled it with dimes (the only type of change that would fit in the hole) so we have a very nice chunk of change to perhaps save for a future trip...since we always have a trip fund jar going. :)
